Why I built this

You’re on a call with a unit you haven’t seen before. The customer is waiting, and you’re scrolling a 400‑page PDF on your phone trying to find the one table that tells you what suction pressure should look like at 95°F ambient.

BluePeak started from that, not from a market study. The manuals already have the answers. The hard part is finding them fast, on‑site, under pressure.

You describe what you’re seeing: symptoms, readings, equipment behavior. BluePeak reads the manual and gives you a ranked list of likely causes, each tied to a specific page and section, with the field tests you need to confirm or rule it out.

It doesn’t replace your judgment — you still make the call. It just means you’re making it with the manual actually in front of you, even in a mechanical room with no signal and a cracked phone screen.

Manual-backed citations

Every hypothesis links to a specific page and section. Without a manual, it falls back to general knowledge and says so.

The model can be wrong

It’s an LLM. Verify findings against the actual equipment before ordering parts.

Not for emergencies

Gas leaks, carbon monoxide, live electrical hazards — follow your safety protocols first, always.

Output depends on input

A vague symptom description gets a vague answer. Real readings make the analysis useful.

Manual format matters

Standard PDF manuals work best. Scanned images may index poorly and reduce citation accuracy.
